GE Energy Financial Services is deeply committed to addressing today’s environmental challenges. The company invests in renewable energy, boasting an impressive portfolio of more than $4 Billion in renewable energy projects worldwide. Given its mission, applying the latest green technologies in the construction of the GE Energy Financial Services headquarters in Stamford, CT was an imperative. The project was only the second in Connecticut to attain LEED Gold status.

Value Delivered

M.J. Daly managed the installation of all HVAC systems, computer room systems, energy recovery systems and cafeteria work on this landmark LEED Gold project. By successfully completing installation, start-up and LEED commissioning in a 5-month fast-track schedule, M.J. Daly challenged marketplace convention that pursuing LEED prohibits aggressive schedule goals.
