M.J. Daly managed the installation of all HVAC systems, computer room systems, energy recovery systems and cafeteria work on this landmark LEED Gold project. By successfully completing installation, start-up and LEED commissioning in a 5-month fast-track schedule, M.J. Daly challenged marketplace convention that pursuing LEED prohibits aggressive schedule goals.
