Project Overview

When global research-based healthcare company Pfizer decided to relocate its Single Dose Module (SDM) facility from Minneapolis, MN to Groton, CT, M.J. Daly was selected along with its sister company Arden Engineering to manage the fabrication and installation of mechanical building systems on an incredibly fast-paced schedule.

Value Delivered

Collaboration between M.J. Daly and Arden Engineering significantly expedited installation, ensuring minimal disruption to Pfizer personnel during the complex relocation effort. The team’s experience with pharmaceutical process piping and extensive pre-fabrication capabilities allowed for prefabrication on all aspects of the project, including high-purity piping. Piping was constructed up-front in controlled environments, and M.J. Daly ensured strong local execution during all phases of the project.
