MJ Daly is working on the Plumbing and HVAC scopes for a renovation project within a former office building. The project involves creating a new school that will accommodate 1,460 students and is projected to open in the fall of this year.
Piping is being installed for underground, roof, and first through fourth floors for potable/non-potable hot/cold water, domestic service, sanitary, and gas piping. HVAC work will be installed throughout the school, with the mechanical room on the first floor for boilers, water heaters, VFDs, and heat pumps.
Michael Keena, Journeyman Plumber, is working on the underground compressed air piping that will serve classroom the lab tables.
David Medeiros, Journeyman Plumber, is installing sanitary pipe that will be connected to floor drains.
