MJ Daly recently hosted a Side-by-Side Burn with the National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) Connecticut Chapter and the Waterbury Firefighters Association. The fire simulations showed just how effective a sprinkler system is in slowing down or stopping a fire as well as limiting the extensive fire/water damage that can occur.

Kevin began working at MJ Daly as an intern seven years ago while attending Central Connecticut State University, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he became a Project Engineer, quickly becoming a vital part of MJD’s mechanical team.
Kevin passed the Professional Engineering Examination recently and will be licensed in CT and MA. Kevin has honed his skills in estimating mechanical systems and played key roles in design-build and design-assist projects. Last year, he shifted to CMNE as an estimator, working on many diverse projects.
His hands-on experience in estimation and project management gives him a strong grasp of the construction process, making him a valuable asset and a resource for his colleagues. Kevin’s journey at MJD and CMNE highlights his unwavering commitment to excellence within the ABC family.
